Este es el multicart Famicom/Family Game más grande que se conoce, tiene un tamaño de 128 megabytes e incluye 852 juegos. 43 de los juegos son repeticiones (versiones alternativas o hacks de otros juegos incluidos).

Los juegos se presentan en dos listas: 405 en 1 y 447 en 1, en orden alfabético (aunque no siempre por su título oficial). Presionando ‘SELECT’ cambiará la lista. Presionar ‘Izquierda’ o ‘Derecha’ para ir a la pantalla de menú anterior/siguiente y presionar ‘A’ o ‘B’ saltará 5 pantallas (75 juegos) a la vez. La mayoría de los juegos son versiones de EE. UU. o versiones japonesas con parches en inglés. Hay 18 juegos PAL, 3 de los cuales solo se pueden reproducir en una NES PAL oficial. Gracias a la revisión del chip FRAM de 2021, el último juego seleccionado de cada lista permanecerá seleccionado en el próximo reinicio o reinicio.

Datos a tener en cuenta:

• Battletoads (A#28) falla en el nivel 2 en algunos sistemas clones, esto no es culpa del cartucho. Funcionará bien en NES/Famicom original y en algunos clones. El jugador puede saltarse el nivel 2 usando el warp en el nivel 1. Su hack Battletoads & Double Dragon: On Ragnarok (A#29) tiene el mismo problema. Se han eliminado las zonas warp, pero el jugador puede usar el código de selección de nivel (Abajo, Arriba, Arriba, Abajo, A, B, B, A en la pantalla de selección de personaje) para saltear el nivel 2.
• Archon (A#13), Jordan vs. Bird: One on One (A#187) y WWF Wrestlemania Challenge (B#444) fallan en algunos Famiclones más nuevos. Esto no es culpa del cartucho, estos juegos funcionarán bien en el hardware original y en los sistemas de clones más antiguos.

• Ninja Gaiden (A#265) se bloquea después de un jefe de nivel 1 en muchos sistemas clon. Sin embargo, en este cartucho funcionará de manera diferente: no se bloqueará en el mismo punto, pero podría bloquearse en escenas posteriores. Omitir escenas debería permitir que el juego se complete en clones que generalmente tienen problemas para ejecutar este juego.

• Bee 52 (B#63), CJ’s Elephant Antics (B#86), Pro Tennis (B#285), Stunt Buggies (B#363), Stunt Kids (B#364) y The Ultimate Stuntman (B#419) fallará en PAL Famiclones debido al código de detección automática de región dentro de esos juegos. Estos juegos detectan la velocidad PAL del clon e intentarán ejecutarse en modo NES PAL, a pesar de que los clones PAL se ejecutan en modo NTSC modificado. Funcionarán correctamente en NES/Famicom oficiales o en un clon NTSC.

• Gyromite (A#155) se puede jugar sin R.O.B. usando el segundo control.
